Introduction

Ms. Ye graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law and University of International Business and Economics, and obtained a bachelor's degree in Law and a master's degree in Law. Ms. Ye has passed China National Lawyer Examination in 1995 and begun to work in the earliest founded partnership law firm in mainland China in the same year. Ms. Ye has repeatedly participated in and dealt with the issues related to the purchase and sale of foreign company capital and shareholder loans while working at the Hong Kong headquarters of the Li & Partners Law Firm in the 2008.

Ms. Ye has rich practical litigation experience in the field of foreign investment, banking, finance and related areas. Ms. Ye has provided legal services to a number of domestic and foreign well-known companies and served as their legal counsel.
