Introduction

Ms. Li graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in law. Before joining our firm, Mrs. Li worked at the Agricultural Bank of China. Mrs. Li's practices mainly focus on IPO, securities and other financing businesses, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate asset disposal, and banking, etc.

Mrs. Li participated in the listing work of companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange;
and in multiple restructuring, issuance of corporate bonds and mid-ticket projects; she  handled many projects such as
direct investment to a domestic company by a foreign entity; she also participated in the cross-border equity/asset disposal of a large listed company and a central financial enterprise; and handled dozens of projects in relation to cross-border bank loans and cross-border guarantees. Besides, she was also one of the contributors of two professional writings: A+H Company Legal Practice Research and Analysis, (2013) and A Study on the Legal Practice of Cross-border Commercial Dispute Resolution-Resolution - From the Perspective of the Mainland and Hong Kong (2017).
