Introduction

Ms. Bian obtained a Master degree from China University of Political Science and Law. Before joining our firm, Ms. Bian has worked in PRC law firm and big multinational corporation for many years, and mainly focused on the practice area of corporate and intellectual property. In terms of intellectual property, Ms. Bian has served as a legal counsel for Philips, representing Philips to negotiate with a number of domestic companies for patent licensing. Ms. Bian also advised for many SMEs regarding the protection of intellectual property rights and transactions when working in law firm. In terms of corporate, Ms. Bian has handled a number of corporate equity disputes and participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects.
