Ms. Wang Qimei graduated from Shenzhen University and University of Southern California, obtained Bachelor of Laws Degree and Master Degree of Laws respectively. Ms. Wang acquired New York State lawyer practicing license in 2020, and the PRC lawyer practicing license in 2021. Her practicing areas includes civil and commercial disputes resolutions, M&A and investment in real estate business, and international trade.

Ms. Wang has represented clients in various commercial litigations, including disputes over contracts for financing lease, land leasing contract, and demolition compensation agreement.
