Dominate Group Holdings Company Limited (“Dominate GP”) (Stock Code: 8537) was successfully listed on the GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 27 March 2019.

Dominate GP is a Hong Kong-based vertically integrated wholesale and retail jeweller with a sales network in Hong Kong and with a production facility in Shenzhen, Guangdong, and engages in the retail and wholesale of jewellery products to customers.

In this listing, Li & Partners (Shenzhen) acted as the legal advisers to Dominate GP with respect to PRC laws, and Li & Partners acted as the legal advisers to Dominate GP with respect to Hong Kong laws.
