Mr. Wang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Mr. Wang has practiced law in Mainland China and Hong Kong law firm -- LI & PARTNERS for many years. He has more than 20 years of experience in listing financing, and his practice spans across M&A, PE & VC Investment, banking as well as dispute resolution.

In listing financing area, Mr. Wang had provided legal advice and participated in the listing processes of the following listed companies: Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Co. Ltd., Angels Transportation Technology Co., Ltd., Zheda Lande Scitech Limited, Asia Zirconium Co., Ltd., Golden Meditech Company Limited, Xinjang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation System Company Limited, Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings Limited, Central China Real Estate Limited, China Tianrui Group Cement Company Limited, Directel Holdings Limited, Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited, Prosper Construction Holdings Limited, REM Group (Holdings) Limited, Dominate Group Holdings Company Limited, Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Company Limited and so on. Mr. Wang has also advised and participated the following M&A: Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., First Tractor Company Ltd., Luoyang Glass Co., Ltd., Plus Holdings Limited, Telecom Plus Holdings Limited, Innomaxx Biotechnology Group Limited, Shougang Concord International Enterprises Co., Ltd., Nan Nan Resources Enterprise Limited, FDG Kinetic Limited, FDG Electric Vehicles Limited, Oceanwide Holdings Co., Ltd., Kaisa Group Holdings Limited, etc. In private equity area, Mr. Wang has drafted and revised partnership agreements, PE management contracts, PE investment contracts, as well as issued legal opinions for private fund managers for many private funds, including Everbright Holdings Incubator Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen New Industry Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Zhongcheng New Industry Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Qianhai Lixin Asset Management Co., Ltd.. He also has vast experience in banking area, and advising clients on international commercial loans and cross-border guarantee.

Mr. Wang has often been invited to hold lectures on PRC laws in the fields of listing, investment and financing for banks, securities companies, listed companies, local government financial offices and other related enterprises and institutions. He was also one of the main contributors and reviewers of two influential professional writings on cross boarder legal areas: A+H Company Legal Practice Research and Analysis (2013) and A Study on the Legal Practice of Cross-border Commercial Dispute Resolution - From the Perspective of the Mainland and Hong Kong (2017). In 2016, Mr. Wang was invited as the visiting professor of law school of Renmin University of China.
