Introduction

Mr. Sun graduated from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and obtained the degree of Bachelor of Law. Mr. Sun practices in domestic and overseas IPO, M&A, real estate and related dispute resolution.

Mr. Sun has provided legal service to reputable listed companies in their M&A and asset management projects, and has provided legal advice on their business running, risk control and dispute resolution. Mr. Sun has represented clients in various commercial litigation and arbitration cases, including disputes relating to partnership, PE, asset acquisition and insurance, etc.
