Introduction

Ms Huang received her LL.B. degree at Zhongshan University, Guangzhou, PRC, and his LL.M. at the University of Hong Kong. She is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong, and an Attorney-at-Law in the People's Republic of China. Prior to joining our firm, Ms Huang served with a major international law firm for nearly 5 years.

Ms Huang specializes in corporate finance, private equity investments, funds，and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the cross boarder projects in PRC and HK.She has extensive experience in listed company work, takeovers, and has handled many listings. She has also been involved in numerous PRC-HK cross boarder private equity transactions, and merger and acquisition projects.
