Introduction

Mr. Zhou graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law and University of Hamburg law school, and obtained a bachelor's degree in Law, a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law and a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law, a doctor's degree in Civil and Commercial Law respectively. Mr. Zhang's areas of practice include investment, finance, technology trade and engineering construction, etc.

Mr. Zhou has rich experience in the areas of investment, mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, equity transfer, capital raising, technology licensing and transfer, the solution and the precaution of the dispute and controversy, etc. Mr. Zhou has typical cases in the areas of mineral resources investment, corporate finance, construction engineering arbitration and high and new technology industrialization in recent years. Mr. Zhou is familiar with providing value-added legal service to the customers in the areas of fusion of legal planning and project planning, fusion of financial planning and commercial planning according to the needs of the enterprises within scope of the laws.

Mr. Zhou's academic achievements include The Introduction of Civil Law [1987] (coauthored), The Theory of Lawyers' Independence [1989] (translation), and The Study on The China's Legal System of Mining Right [1991] (coauthored).
